So far, We have ordered our new hives ( From Jone's bee company in Salt Lake) scheduled to arrive the first weekend in April! Our cold weather beds are ready for sowing, a new outdoor sink has been installed for veggie prep, and our little onion, kale and spinach starts are about ready to leave the green house.
We have some very new, fun varieties for us this season! Cosmic carrots, Pop Corn, and some beautiful heirloom beets just to name a few! We are super excited for this years progression as we continue to learn what to, and not to do as second year urban farmers! Stay tuned as we get rooted this season!
